At UCS, we have developed a technology team approach to providing services for our customers. This team includes a designated Project Manager and an Account Manager, as well as RCDD (Registered Communication Distribution Designer) services and Systems Engineering (SE) resources that are available as needed. All of these resources are full-time employees and provide many value-added services to our customers. We provide our customers CAD documentation that includes hard copy and/or electronic drawings detailing, at a minimum, location identification.
